Introduction to QGIS
QGIS is a free and open source desktop GIS package. It allows users to analyze and edit spatial information, in addition to composing and exporting graphical maps. 
Introduction to QGIS is a 3-5 hour workshop that covers basic concepts in GIS and QGIS, and includes exercises on loading data, adding style and labels to data, using queries, and making a map in a printable or digital form. The workshop is designed to help individuals who are new to QGIS to understand and utilize some of the main features of the software.
Introduction to Google Earth Pro
Google Earth Pro is a free desktop version of Google Earth. It contains many useful features and allows users to view satellite and aerial imagery, import GPS data, display third party data, create new data using tools, and create maps.
Introduction to Google Earth Pro is a 1-day workshop that teaches participants to: 
  • Become familiar with basic Google Earth Pro navigation functions
  • Understand how to use placemarks to identify and tag specific locations 
  • Create and position placemarks at a location of interest using GPS points
  • Recognize what polygons are and how to create, edit and effectively use them
  • Learn how to save, print, import, and export layers
